Our Herb Jellies are made with herbs, crab apples and apples from our gardens, and prepared by our students with the support of our school staff.
Three Mint Jelly – delicious with roasted lamb or as a secret ingredient in salsa verde.
Rosemary Jelly – brilliant for mixing with minced meat or lentils to make meatballs or patties, and lovely with cheese & crackers.
Sage & Crab Apple Jelly – the perfect accompaniment for sausages, roast chicken or winter squash dishes.
All herb jellies are 200g, in glass jam jars.
