Our Infused Vinegars are made with herbs, flowers and fruits from our gardens in organic white wine vinegar and prepared by our students with the support of our school staff.
Raspberry Vinegar – dark pink colour – sweet and tangy, great as a salad dressing or even drizzled on vanilla icecream.
Nasturtium Vinegar – orange colour – peppery and fresh, lovely mixed with tahini over roasted veggies or added to stir fry dishes.
Thai Basil Vinegar – light pink colour – citrusy and aromatic, brilliant with tomato & mozzarella salads or in salsa verde for fish & meat.
All vinegars are 100ml, sealed with cork and beeswax.
