Cancellations

In the event that you are forced to cancel your booking we will do our best to accommodate you on an alternative date. If this is not possible then your fee will be returned, less an administration fee of 50% if you give us more than 14 days notice.

In the event of you needing to change dates the administration charge will apply if the notice is within 28 days of the course start date, but will be returned if the place is subsequently filled.

In the event of there being fewer than four people on any course, the management reserve the right to cancel the course. In which case a full refund of the course fees will be provided but we cannot be held responsible for any other expenses incurred in advance of the course. We will do our utmost to arrange an alternative date for you.
